Ratios
Ratios organised by the system you are building, not by individual item. Each page states the numbers, shows how they were derived, and says where they stop applying.
- Train throughput and signals — What a wagon carries against what a belt carries, and where the data runs out.
- Smelting ratios — How many furnaces a belt of ore needs, and where a smelting column stops keeping up.
- Solar panels and accumulators — The panel-to-accumulator ratio, and why it is fixed by day length rather than by output.
- Nuclear power ratios — Reactor, heat exchanger and turbine counts, including the neighbour bonus.
- Oil processing ratios — Refinery and cracking balance, and why a single ratio cannot describe it.
- Science pack ratios — What each pack costs in raw resources, and what an SPM target means in machines.
